About LinkBacksProblem: Page Not Found 404 When clicking on forums and threads || Forum Home loads fine.
Symptoms: VB runs fine for a period of time, this seems to occur almost on a regular bases, every 2-3 days. A simple IISreset corrects the issue.
Box: Win2003 Server, PHP 5, ISAPI re-write
Anyone have any suggestions to fix this ?

Sounds like an ISAPI_Rewrite issue, make sure that you are running the most recent stable versions.
