Page loads two times

Hi all,

I know this probably has nothing to do with VBSEO but I don't know where else to look for assistance. I have a new template (just made it public) at Pesca y Devoluci (sorry, it's in spanish only) and whenever I load a thread from one of the "go to first unread post", the page loads completely and then loads again once more

My question is, becouse VBSEO adds a "-new" to the end of the URL and then changes (when looking at the thread) to "/#xxxxxx" or whatever, can that be in conflict with something in my JS or something like that? Could there be ANY configuration in VBSEO that can be making that?

BTW, it also happens after writing a new post as vB will try and send you to view your posts like we all know.

This is normal behavior.

Due to possible variances in # of posts per page settings, your page 3 might not be my (or another member's) page 3. Thus, it will reload based on the hash mark. Since # are not physical parameters, it requires a full page load and a refresh to make it happen.

All right Brian thanks but why does it act normal with other themes?

Is there anything in VBSEO that can be changed to normalize this?

This should happen in all themes... it really has nothing to do with the theme at all.
