Page blank after reply thread

Greetings,

do any one has experience about this problem?
everytime I submit reply.. the page always blank.. like attached image.
I must refresh the page to make it run again.
actually the reply has been saved to database.. if I click back from the browser and click 'submit reply' again.. it will display 'This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes. You will be redirected to that thread.'

The problem will disappear if I disable this plugin: vBSEO New Post Complete newpost_complete

Please check your php memory_limit and increase it to 32 mb

but how to check my current php memory_limit and how to change it?

You can check it from a phpinfo page. If you donot know how to change it i advise you to contact your hosting and ask them to change it for you.
