    Odd vbseo behavior.

Please take a look at the attached image. If I disable VBSEO, this becomes a nice short link. In vbseo, it's a long string of text with no link.

What do I need to do to make this a link?

    Thank You

This is the relevant replacements feature. You can edit or turn it off in the vbseoCP, Relevant Replacements menu

Me neither! It seems to me that the stuff I put in the quotes above was added by vbSEO. I don't know but I do know that I didn't add it. That doesn't seem to display properly. It displays but just not hyperlinks. Now that I've disabled it (thanks to your suggestion above), the link does display. It would seem that with the stuff above, more usefull information is available, just lacking a link.
