Odd problem - unable to open a thread

For some unknown reason there is a thread on my forum that I am unable to open. When I try I get a "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage" in IE, and a "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete." in FF2.

If I kill vbseo it works fine.

    The thread in question is:

    http://www.therevcounter.com/forum-n...last-post.html

I also notice then when I attempt to open this in FF2, the url is changed and "#post288077" is added to the end

last-post in the title/url is the problem. its conflicting with the actual "go to last post" rewrite.

Yes, changing the title to "final post" allows access.

However, is there anything that can be done to prevent this problem if somebody uses those terms in a thread title?

Now the first problem is fixed, I can see the problem the member was reporting. Which oddily enough also seems to be something to do with vbseo.

    On this forum:

Non Motorbike Media & Image Gallery

    There is a thread titled:

Your ugly mugs, lets see 'em!

On the forumdisplay page, when you click the little arrow next to the name of the last poster (in the last post column), which currently points to:

Your ugly mugs, lets see 'em!

It takes you to the first page of the thread, rather than the last post

You can change your Last post URL format in vBSEO CP to:
    Code:
    [forum_title]/last-[thread_id]-[thread_title].html
On the forumdisplay page, when you click the little arrow next to the name of the last poster (in the last post column), which currently points to:

Where abouts would I do that? I can see an option for it in the CP (3.7 RC5)

Regarding the upgrade, I have this planned for the next few days.
