NGINX issues

Hello
Having a issue getting vbseo & nginx to play nice together.

Im using the default rewrite rules for nginx, what its doing is stripping the /forums/ out of the URL when i click a link.

OS - ubuntu
NGINX - 0.5.33
VBSEO 3.2.0
VB - 3.7.4

NGINX is currently turned off untill we can get a fix.

What is the rules you are using

That fixed some of the issues but now links are dead and my chat box isnt working. More help needed.


NGINX is on right now if you would like to see whats going on.

Do you have nginx rewrite module enabled? Can you try any other (non-VBSEO) rewrite rule to make sure that it's working correctly?

the basic functionality is working now, its only images and chat that dont work

I guess this is my problem too. How do we enable nginx rewrite module? Can you please point me to the tutorial sir?

or the www.b20vtec.com should work too. Its setup as you asked. Now images/chat work but links to forums dont. Its either one that works and the other doesnt but not both at the same time.

Ok its in there. If you need any other access please let us know.

Update: nginx config directives "root" and "index" were included inside location / {} section. Moving them directly in server{} scope has resolved the issue.
