Newest Thread error

Hello me again,

after vbseo someusers are reporting me that they cant jump to the latest thread. There are not getting on the newest thread, but in the middle of a thread. I cannot see the problem.
I cant disable just this option to check if its the rewrite rule or what it is.
A user wrote to me:

There is seems to be a difference between the
Query-String in the link and the value of <a name="...">-anchor

I set all forums as "read"
Then on the first new post i jump to the newest thread. But i get 3 Threads more up. The problem is that the post id is not the last one. Its an earlier one.

I will also will have a look @ the problem to give you further details ...
