    New install 404 errors.

    Well just did the new install on this program.

    Everything was uploaded in binary no problem.

    .htaccess is the problem though. I have a current .htaccess file so i appended the file. Once I put the SEO code in I have the 500 errors.

    No matter how I edited it I get the 500 errors.

    Yes the server has rewrite turned on.

    Hi Fred,

    What are the contents of the .htaccess file you are using?

    This is what it looks like currently.

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterEngine Off
    SecFilterScanPOST Off
    </IfModule>

    Right. I took it all out for right now. And left it where it was. (Cant have the website down of course). I also turned disabled the addon right now. I tried to put the SEO code in front of whats in there and behind. Also tried to fill out the information that might be required and still did not work.

    I also put in the Options +followsymlinks in the apache config file to no avail.

    Does your host support mod_rewrite?

    Sure does. I even did a upgrade on apache yesterday to double check that I had mod_rewrite installed.

    It's probably best for you to submit a Support Ticket so the team can get this fixed.
