I had this problem in the past, I have a license key for my Live site, which is running 3.0.*
I am gettin ready to upgrade to 3.5.3 and I uploaded vbseo to my dev site. Both copies say that I have an invalid license. I need to get a key issued, temporarily, for my development site at http://dev.sportsrant.com/forums
