My site is down

My site has been down for about 18 hours now - ever since I installed vbSEO. I have put in several tickets, but the support I have gotten has been on the order of Magic 8 Ball answers ("You need to use the .htaccess file that came with the package"). Essentially, what they are telling me is that they haven't looked at it, haven't read my questions, and aren't going to give me any assistance.

In the general course of things, software add-ins shouldn't shut a site down. Doesn't anyone test this stuff?

I understand that you have my money and now don't have much incentive to do anything, but at least have the decency to tell me to buzz off and not just keep sending me cryptic non-answers.

Yoour first .htaccess content was wrong. I asked you to update your .htaccess with the one that comes with vBSEO package. Replied your ticket again.

Issue has been resolved within ticket.
