my forums have dissapeared completely

This is a discussion on my forums have dissapeared completely within the Troubleshooting forums, part of the vBSEO SEO Plugin category; much to my horror my forums are all 404 index page is still here but every other page is 404 ...

    my forums have dissapeared completely

    much to my horror my forums are all 404

    index page is still here but every other page is 404

    why would this have happened?

    any help greatly appreciated
