Red face My forum sitemap is causing errors

Hi
I have installed sitemap in my following forum

But when I submit the sitemap some of the sitemaps are having errors. It says:

Parsing error
We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting
How do I fix this?

Try to remove *gz files from vbseo_sitemap/data/ folder, regenerate sitemap and submit it to Google again.

I got around 60 .gz files including urllist.txt.gz , sitemap_index.xml.gz.

Do I have to delete them all?

Yes you would delete all files ending with the .gz.
