My Custom Error Pages Don't Work Anymore

Well the 404 error doesn't, i used to have a nice page with a link to the main forums. Now all i get is a little message saying "Page Not Found" with no link or help on how to get to the main forums. This could be costing me vital members.

There is an option withing the vbseocp.php page where you can set how 404's are handeled, including re-directing to a custom page.

The "Page not found" is the default.
custom page is an option, along with "redirect to homepage"

keep in mind that google likes to see an actual 404 header though, so the redirects and cutom pages should quantify this.
