Moving everything over to new domain!!!

Hello I am currently in the process of moving a forum from Fitness Community - Talk Fitness to a new domain and I was wondering how I would go about doing this with vbseo installed, etc...

As well how do I have it set so that the links from talkfitness.org will move to the new domain???? to keep some traffic that is currently coming in

Please what is the best way to do this? Thanks.

You should open a support ticket requesting your new domain be set-up as a test license.

Then you can install vBSEO on the new license, and proceed to do the update.

Once vBSEO is installed and you are ready to launch the new site, you can place some custom .htaccess directives to transfer the old site to the new. At this time, you will need to remove the vBSEO license from the old domain. All traffic from there will be redirected to the new site.

Once you are live, let us know via a support ticket so we can officially update your vBSEO license for the new domain.
