Exclamation Moving to a different Host

I've got a question, I plan on moving host in a couple of days and my new server uses Zend (I think?). Currently I'm with my old host and using ioncube. Would I need to disable Vbseo before the move and uninstall the ioncobe files? I imagine I will have a different ip address as well? Just wanna know any conflicts that i'm about to encounter? I'm upgrading from a piece of shit Dedicated Celeron to a full blow Dual Xeon Clovertown E5310.

Yes - you will need to replace the ionCube vBSEO upload files with the Zend version.
