Many "not found" errors and one page indexed in webmaster tools

I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I have all these errors in webmaster tools. My suspicion is that they are left over from the few days that I had vbseo installed, but not the sitemap generator--didn't get that memo...

Also, I have a grand total of one url indexed, that is down from about fifty a few weeks ago (two-month old site). The indexed URL's went down and stayed at one immediately after I moved everything from /community/ to root. I stupidly followed the vBulletin directions on install that were just reused from 3.0 and said to not put in root. I think everything is redirecting fine, but nothing is being indexed.

    Show URLs: HTTP ‎(1)‎ - In Sitemaps ‎(0)‎ - Not followed ‎(0)‎ - Not found ‎(197)‎ - Restricted by robots.txt ‎(10)‎ - Timed out ‎(0)‎ - Unreachable ‎(0)‎

Is there anything wrong or that should be added to my robots.txt, I borrowed it and added & subtracted as best I could before the vbseo upgrade? Also, what can I do to it to let adsense bot into as many areas as possible--some pages have a search box instead of relevant ads?

    Code:
    User-agent: *
    Crawl-delay: 1

    User-agent: *

What are a few not found examples? Should they correctly NOT be found?

Yes, when I copy and paste into another tab I get my 404 page.

I have another problem now too--when using IE, which I despise, I get the error message in the attached screenshot. Any thoughts? I've been searching around and I just changed the cookie domain to ".site.com" it had no effect either way...

If the urls should 404, there's nothing to worry about.

Edited above post to add the pic--unacceptable format the first time evidently.

Are those url's in a vB format or a vBSEO format?

Also there is one "HTTP" error for my password protected and renamed admincp folder. I presume this should be disregarded as well as the 10 "resticted by robots.txt" errors?

I have never seen that error before. Does it still happen with vbseo temp. disabled?

Yup...and that means I have to go somewhere else I guess. Do you know what I should call it?

It sounds like a general vb error, or possibly from another plugin, but is relating to cookies somehow.
