Loops/hangs

For about the 4th day in a row, vbseo causes all my sites to go down.

I pay $220 a month for a softlayer dedicated server.

AMD Opteron 1354 [2.2GHz]
4GB of RAM.

I see others have had this issue for the past couple months. What was the solution?

I would post my php info but unfortunately all of my sites are still down and I can't even get into whm.

There is no specific answer. 99.9% the issue is related to end user having terribly optimized server or a server that can't run their sites.

If that is the case (I'm having the EXACT same issues) then WHO do you suggest for a Dedicated Server?! I pay over $300 a month fordedicated servers and they (the 3 different server companies I've tried in the last 3 years) ALL Say DUMP vbSEO Immediately !!

I host with softlayer, and so does vbseo.com, with no issues.

These dedicated services are non-managed. You get a default out of the box installation in almost all cases. If you are not a linux exert and haven't tweaked your server, I highly suggest hiriing one for a couple hours from some place like total server solutions,admingeekz, etc etc that do freelance tweaking.

the biggest and easiest thing to do in most cases is to ditch php as a cgi and rebuild it with easy apache as a DSO module. (mod_php). It's 1000x faster and just as fine security wise when its only yourself on the box.
