Links pull page titles?

I'm not sure if this a VBSEO thing, rewrite rules or what. When someone creates a link, the link becomes the "page title" of the subseqent page. Very odd. For example, if you registerd and posted a link here, the link would say Vbulletin SEO forums - Links pull page titles.

Anyone know what's causing this and how I turn it off. It doesn't seem to affect me as the admin.

Yes, that is a feature of vBSEO and is good for getting more keywords onto your pages. You can turn it off in your vbseocp.php.

I cant seem to find the option in the vbseo control panel.

It's called "Add Titles to External Links". It's in vBSEO 3.0.0+ only, and requires vBulletin 3.5.x or higher.

I really like the feature, but some of my users have been asking if there is any way of turning it off in their profile.

Maybe you could consider it as a feature request?

you can disable this feature globally in vbseocp and there is a special checkbox in the advanced reply window to disable "title extraction" for the current post only.

Oleg - I know about those options, but I have users who want to disable it for themselves only, which is why I asked
