About LinkBacksWith RC4, linkback permission disappeared from usergroup permission setup?

No i meant how can I let regular member use linkback? Linkback feature only appears for admin/moderator

Outgoing linkbacks are available for all members, although they can be disabled in vbseocp.

I know so but after rc4.0, somehow, trackback field shows up only for admin at new thread page. I enabled linkbacks in vbseo CP. In forum setup, it says moderate linkbacks YES. I can not find any other setup and linkback field never appears for regular member......

Before I do it, I would like to know this. If I enable outgoing trackback, does the field automatically appear for all the usergroups?? I just wonder why it appears only for admin....

It seems to be working for me when I'm logged in as normal user. Could you please open support ticket with your password to check this?

I would open a ticket... but I wanna know if this is only me... I tried both firefox and IE6.0 and trackback field doesn't show up for me here.
When I open a reply page, trackback field appears beneath post icon. (I see it right now when I am replying right now.)
When I open a new thread page, with admin permission, trackback field appears not below post icon but at "additional options". It disappears when I login as normal user.
Please someone how it works on your site.... I would like to know if this is only me.
