Link Title Text Replacement Not Working for Other Languages

When I insert links that link to Russian web sites, rather than nicely replacing the text title like it does for English Language websites, it turns the title in gibberish.

Below I have copied just the url and not written out the text and inserted a link:
Ð*ИÐ� Ð�овоÑ�ти - КоÑ�моÑ� - Старт шаттла "Ð�тлантиÑ�" предположительно Ñ�оÑ�тоитÑ�Ñ� Ñ� 8 июнÑ� по 18 июлÑ�

On my site and here, it does not convert the title to a nice link title like this "Старт шаттла "Атлантис" предположительно состоится с 8 июня по 18 июля" instead if anyone inserts a link to a page with a Russian title, the link turns out to be junk.

Any ideas how to fix this? By the way, there are about three types of encoding for Russian, so the fix may not be straight forward.

the character set of the target site is utf-8 in this case, and it doesn't match your (and vbseo.com) charset, that's why it is displayed incorrectly. The charset "re-coding" is not currently supported by "Title extraction" feature.

OK. Something needs to be done about this in a future version though because I am certain that Russian would not be the only language that this would happen to.
