Likes Tree & Likes Tab in Profile not displaying

Hello all...

I just recently moved a forum to a new server, upgraded to vb 3.8.7 and vbseo 3.6.0.

The likes tree on the showthread was displaying for a couple of days as well as the likes thread output tab in members profile pages but for some reason they just stopped displaying.

for example, this is how they are here on vbseo...



theyre just simply not displaying anymore on my forum eventhough the site is still logging likes and displaying them within posts and keeping totals updated.

any help is greatly appreciated.

Also.... I am using a custom style but I just looked at the site using the default VB style and those items arent displaying there either...

Hi Abel,

Are you using the vBulletin Blog add-on?. If not, then you can try disabling 'Likes' for blogs and CMS in the vBSEO CP, that could be conflicting.

just turned it off for blogs but didnt see an option for CMS

still not showing...

I've got the same problem. I can also add that I'm getting a 404 page not found when I attempt to look at them from the PM notification drop down in the nav bar.

I am the exact same versions as well. It worked for 3 days, I rebooted my server tonight and they are now not working.

Any fix? I have tried what has been suggested.

Are you sure you have the correct product file imported ?

I have the same issue, the likes tab are not appearing, but if I get one notice and click on it, the tab appears.

This is how it has always worked.

Any of you folks here happen to remember how this was resolved? I've created a few tickets addressing these and similar issues, but I'm wondering if there was a silver-bullet answer for those of us using vB 3.8.7 that couldn't get these tabs to appear.

For those of you having display issues in regards of the likes tree and likes tabs in member profile pages, this usually occurs due to third parties plugins running PHP code using the same 'hook'. Set the execution order of these plugins to a value lower than 5: "vBSEO Member Complete" and "vBSEO Showthread Complete"
