I upload the files, but as soon as i go to my admincp i get this... cant get to site either.

You need to have the version of ionCube on your server upgraded.
You can get the latest loaders here: PHP Encoder, protection, installer and performance tools from ionCube: Loader Download
If you remove all vBSEO files (and the .htaccess file), you should be able to access your site again in the meantime.
