    Hello ,

There is no such setting that include RSS feed to sitemaps and it is not needed as every content in RSS feed already exits in sitemaps.

ok.. well its been a while since i had to play with it... so excuse the question but let me ask differently....

    1. If i have a custom page with content, how do i include the content as part of the sitemap that vbseo generates?

    2. If i am totally missing the boat on this... how can i send my content which has an rss feed to the search engines... ?

    Hi Lester,

    Apologies for the delay.

    1. You can try to create an 'add-on' that fetches contents from your database and adds them to your sitemaps. Examples can be found in these threads: Photoplog Sitemap Plugin and DownloadsII v6 Sitemap Plugin

If your custom page doesn't generate content on a daily basis, you can opt to add the URL(s) contained on it to your vbseo_sitemap/extra-urls.txt files. The script will retrieve them from that file and will add them to your sitemaps.

    2. You can try out services like Pingoat, Pingomatic, Autopinger or FeedShark
