It looks like you uploaded the Zend version and Zend is not installed on your server. Remove all vBSEO files and the .htaccess file to restore your site.

Your test.php file shows that you don't have both zend and ioncube installed on your server. Please contact your host to get either of them installed.

Ok you just said "you dont have both zend and ioncube installed ... " ... "please conact your host to get either of them installed"
