Jump menus disappear

For some reason my forums jump menus keep disappearing. I go into CP and its marked Yes but I have to reset it to get it to appear again. This only started happening after installing vBSEO, but not sure if thats a coincidence. I have not installed anything else since this began a couple weeks ago. I have several members who actually like having jump menus so its frustrating that it disappears every couple days.

Yes, actually saw that there and have it checked as "yes". However the people it is disappearing for are moderators and myself (admin). It doesn't disappear immediately, only after a couple days. Resetting it in the vbcp (not vbseo) brings it back temporarily.

I may have to enable it for everyone if thats the cause, but rather have it turned off for guests/bots. Maybe I can turn it off in vbseo and then go find it in the templates where I'd add a conditional.
