its been 4 hours now without a response to my ticket

The average ticket response time is 'within 24 hours'.

Please don't escalate/bump a ticket before this period has elapsed. Someone will get to your ticket within that time.

This especially applies to Installation Requests, as they require our staff to dedicate the time to fully complete.
