Invalid Tag Specified

I'm getting an "Invalid Tag Specified" error message from some of my site's Google listings.

Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

looks like you had "tags/[tag].html" URL format earlier and now you have it set to "tags/[tag]/".

Where would I find this to switch it back? Thank so much!

It's configured in vBSEO CP, click "+" in URL rewrites section to expand URL formats.
