Installation problem -- Urgent

I believe I followed the instructions correctly placing the appropriate files in my main installation however after I added the XML via the Plugin Manager I am just receiving a white screen both in the forum and in the admincp.

Any ideas what when wrong or how I can back out of this installation?

This is a live forum and downtime is never a good thing.

That word BINARY slips by alot of people. I think it needs to be in bigger letters or something.

When I purchased my first license, I didn't know what binary was and couldn't find it on my ftp program, LOL. Thankfully, Juan was online.

Yes, well, I think it's even more than that. In all the years I've been installing software, NEVER, NOT ONCE has the auto flavor of my FTP program not worked. Not ever. I just figured auto would automatically pick the right format, just like it always has.

So, I think it should say something like, 'EVEN IF YOU ALWAYS USE AUTO on your FTP program, THIS TIME, change it to BINARY!!!'

Yes, some FTP apps seem to pick it up, and some don't. I use FTP Voyager and its auto mode works for the vBSEO files.
