Installation problem (import product)

Hi,
I'm configuring vbseo today for the first time; in the installation instructions you say:

1. Browse to the 'docs' folder of the installation package and open 'crawlability_vbseo.xml', Click 'Import'.

The problem is that in the installation package (upload\includes\xml) there is not a such file but only files like:
bitfield_vbseo.xml
cpnav_vbseo.xml
vbseo_urls_001/2/3/4/5/6.xml
vbseocp_<other_languages>.xml

Which one have I to import?

The translations are about the control panel or the frontend too? (I think control panel)

it is located in "docs (do not upload)" folder in vBSEO package.
