install then uninstall vbseo error message

Hey guys, I recently uinstalled vbseo and then I just now installed it again, but then my registrations became all screwed up. I receive this code at the top of my header upon registration completion

Code:

Then I get this message from vbulletin:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/username/public_html/includes/class_core.php
Line: 3075

I'm running vb 3.6.8 and had to disable vbseo until I figure this out. Any ideas where I could begin to fix this problem. The registrations are going through okay, but this error just pops up. How can I fix this minor error? Thanks.

Actually no it doesn't..lol..I just tried it.

I'm not sure what I have inside that file...I don't remember ever editing in any way.

I guess it is not a vbseo problem..I'll look around for an answer.

I have a plugin that was causing this and I installed the plugin just before reinstalling vbseo. I figured out it was a plugin by turning off the hook/plugin system and my board was functioning perfectly.

This is not a vbseo issue.
