vBulletin 4.x index.php getting redirected to Forum Home

I'm using vBadvanced
Now I have index.php and forum.php
I go to index then I redirected to Forum
I use '^ forum \. Php $' => 'forums'

All work with safari but not firefox and ie

It works fine for me with every web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari). I do see your vBadvanced homepage whenever I visit pctuts.be or pctuts.be/index.php

Did you try to clear your browser cache, cookies, etc. etc.?
