include old urls option

I just installed vbseo and kept the default settings.
and now I installed the sitemap.

in the sitemap control panel Should this be 'yes' or 'no': If you have vBSEO, include old urls?

Isn't this option already set to yes in the default vbseo settings?
Is there any problem if I set this to yes (sitemap cp) and leave the default settings (in vbseo) as it is? (which means both would be yes)

It is recommended to keep this setting on for only couple month. If you are using vBSEO for a long time you shall not enable that feature.

So after I couple of months, should I disable it from both sitemap cp and vbseo cp?

That will be the best option.

Those are different options: "If you have vBSEO, include old urls" is a vBSEO Sitemap Generator setting, while "301 Redirect Original content" is a vBSEO product setting.

After a couple of months/weeks

1.Should both be turned off?
or
2. One of them should be turned off? Which one?

and after approximately
3. how many months or weeks?

yes, we understand that. Mert Gökçeimam said above to turn them both off but the recommendation in vbseo is to keep is always on.

can you help clear up weather we are supposed to turn both off or just the one in sitemap generator?

Only the "If you have vBSEO, include old urls" option should be disabled.
