Images replaced by wrong images

Hello,

After members upload image attachments to their posts, different images than the ones they uploaded display.

Nevermind. I got rid of the custom url rewrite for attachments. Apparently it doesn't like [thread_title]-[attachment_id]-[original_filename] which I attempted to use so the keywords would be first.

[attachment_id]-[thread_title]-[original_filename] seems to work just fine. Go figure.
