The past 24 hrs it has grinded my site to a hault, i've tried everything over the past 12 hours other than disable the vbseo and nothing worked. So as soon as i disable the vbseo my sites speed it very fast again.
One thing to note, mysql was using 50% of the available memory, but this went back to about 6% when vbseo was turned off.
I can't be putting up with this every week, there always seems to be something wrong when i come back for the weekend. I don't know if its my server or not. My server stats are:
