.htaccess error message?

When i go into FILE MANAGER through CPANEL to my .htaccess file and i go to edit it I get this message on top in big letters >>
You are not using a utf-8 language file. You should not save utf-8 data or you will get corrupted results. Click here to change your language file.

that is not an error, no utf-8 specific data is stored in .htaccess.

Do i click to change the file language or leave it the way it is?

You should leave it unchanged.
