re-direct to occurs in private forums only to prevent the destination site from picking up the referrer.

Yes but I have a script that pulls urls from external domains using xml data and it breaks the script. I still want to protect other urls.

i don't see how xml relates to this...

I am using a www.wowhead.com script which pulls ingame world of warcraft item data from their website and displays a tooltip with the item name and information.
