About LinkBackswhen i try to import settings ( vbseo_all.xml ) in vBSEO 2.4.0 - Admin Control Panel,
it writes:
Note: Uploading a 'Custom Rewrite Rules' XML file WILL NOT override other settings like your General Settings or Other SEO Functions.
and it does not import custom settings. how can i do it.

vbseo_all.xml should import All settings. To be safe, you can just download your vbseo_config.php file for safekeeping.
There may have been an issue with that in v2.4.0. You can request the 2.4.5 pre-release via a Support Ticket if you like.
