I did and thats what I was told...so I searched for a Jelsoft here and noone shows up as that user

When you send a message to jelsoft they just send you a ticket tracking link, so you can follow what is going on at that ticket.
So did you create a ticket, got the ticket tracking link but aren`t they answering to you?
