We have just installed vbSEO and discovered that the copyright information (VBSEO_COPYRIGHT) is visible everytime our community members access a post. This has resulted into changed page layout (dynamically expanded in width) in order to show the Copyright information.

How can I remove the copyright information? Thanks in advance for all input on this matter.

Remove of the vBSEO copyright notice is not permitted; however, you can choose from multiple versions within the config_vbseo.php file. You may want to choose a shorter version of the text.

Thanks for your reply. I've read a lot of posts now and I understand that many more are intrested in a branding free option, so I'm really hoping for vBSEO act upon it soon, cheers

It is on ebay. For some strange reason they decide to offer it there first..probably to see what people would be interested in paying for it. So far it is above the price of the actual software.

I'd say it likely that the brandfree will be avalible on the site sometime soon

I saw that, but im not going to push on an auction 300USD, its very unprofessional for a company like vBSEO to do that.

I deleted my original comment, just to say that sometimes a company will make such choices to sell on ebay first to see if there is truly a demand for it and the ending price may help them determine the asking price, once it is released to the general public.

I dont have problems with the coders, nor the product, but I do have them trying to auction a feature that most of the community wants from long time a go and to see how much money they can get out of it.

I'm guessing the reason they put 3 branding free licenses on ebay was to gauge what price customers would be willing to pay

It's worth noting that not only can you choose between 10 different versions including 5 that don't have the linkback, but also you can choose not to display the specific version number which I find very good already. I didn't realize these options existed which kept me from buying vBSEO for a few months until I came out and asked.
