Homepage thread error / links

When you click on thread on the homepage i get the error:

Moved Permanently

The document has moved here.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Why is this? Also I don't understand the whole ping/track/refbacks. Please help me out on this too

I just installed this yesterday.

Why will this make a difference? And how do i install this sense i already have it installed?

This is a different version, installation process is exactly the same, installation instructions are included in the package.

Is there a way i can just upload something or change something for i dont have to uninstall than reinstall.

You should upload new vBSEO files, overwrite existing ones.

Do i have to delete any of the old files before overwriting? Also do i need to upload a new product or anything?
