Hitcounter being removed in HTML Clean-up

Hi Guys!

Everything is working great, however, my hit counter has been deemed unnecessary code and has been removed from all the HTML pages.

I put my hit counter between the Jelsoft and vbSEO logos. Is there a comment or something I can add so this will not be removed?

OK I have been checking it out a little more closely.

This is not being caused from HTML Clean up as I had suspected, I did not have that feature turned on, and when toggling the feature, the result was still the same.

On the html sitemap pages my hit counter is not present. Is it possible to add there.

The image which tracks the hits is in my cgi-bin which is at the same level as mysite.com/forums Meaning mysite.com/cgi-bin. On all pages below vbroot/ the image is being re-writte as http://www.mysite.com/forums/http://.....blahblahblah.

Is there a way to have this image left as is?
Another image right beside this tracking image is also in the same directory and was not prefixed.

UPdate: I will PM you with the original code and the output url.

The issue has been resolved by modifying the counter embedd js code.
