Help! Forum stopped working after upgrading to VBSeo 3.0 RC3

I imported the new XML file into vBulletin 3.0 and then it didnt work anymore.

I edited php.ini and then it seemed to find the ioncube loader 4.4.so

But still get a lot of errors and permission denied.

Any clues??
