Having trouble getting to sub-forum index pages

I am getting errors trying to go to second pages on sub-forums. Please try to go to another page on this sub-forum:

It appears this is due to an incorrect URL format. Please post what you have for your "Forum Index Page URL Format" entry.

It is set at: [forum_path]/index[forum_page].html

Try changing it to this: (It's the second radio option.)

[forum_title]/index[forum_page].html
