having problems
one of the plugins I have is "post thanks" hack, it tries to use this url format

showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]do=post_thanks&p=$post[postid]

now since its converted into the seo friendly version, it won't work because it turns into this link

/seo-friendly-convert-8223-post53889/?do=post_thanks

from that it doesnt pick up the post being thanked.

any suggestions to temp solutions?

Hi,

would you like it to be the same url as usual (just with no "?do=post_thanks") part? The best way to do that is to modify your "post thanks" hack by removing "do=post_thanks&" from the url.

no, thats part of the script it needs for it to work!

I get this error when clicking the thanks button

in the post_thanks table, its missing the postid which is being thanked, but its able to get the threadid, username, userid.

I hope you get what I mean.

the url needs to be showthread.php?do=post_thanks&p=1122

to work

you should have a tag, which makes it ignore certain urls.

until then any one who wants a temp solution,

I copied showthread.php, renamed it to post_thanks.php and changed the links to point to it, so every thing works fine now.

though I await an update
