Having an issue with social bookmarking, help plz

The social bookmarks are not showing up in regular forum threads/posts even though I have it set to show, however I use GARs article mod for articles on my website and it is showing in the articles, example here:

but it also seems to be shifted to the right, when I remember it being positioned to the left originally. im not sure what is causing this problem, but i updated the script fresh and it didn't seem to fix anything. could another mod be conflicting? or could it be something else? i would appreciate any help....

Your site seems to be closed for guests in all other forums except for the articles area. Keep in mind, google/bots are guests. vbSEO can not help you much if most of your site's content is closed off.

Thus, I cannot check your non-gars pages to see whats happening.
