When I click on this option in the threads I get this error:

Just noticed that email notification URLs are not working either for the same reason, new-post.html doesn't exist.

It seems to work ok for guests, but logged in members it does not work.

Im having the same problem, submited a ticket 30hs ago and I'm still getting no solution to this problem.

PS: With vBSEO 3.0.1B this bug was not present, I dont know if this is helpful.

Try going to the Advanced settings for your URL Settings, select custom for the New Post format, and use this:

[forum_title]/[thread_id]-[thread_title]-new-post.html

That should be the same as the default radio selection, but there may be an issue that is causing a problem. Setting it as Custom should correct the problem.

I always had it with a custom rule. I also tried doing what you said but I keep having the same problem.

I just tried it too, it just reverts to the selected [forum_title]/[thread_id]-[thread_title]-new-post.html in the list. You can change it to any of them and it still stays the same.
