I have installed Vbseo since 4 months and I was wondering what I have to do to get a Google result like this (with different subpages, here as an example of Finnair):

It has nothing to do with a sitemap

and how can you become established? A friend of mine has a web site which has not a lot of traffic and get the same result with Google..
