Have you validated your template? Check it for errors such as problems with tables, particularly non terminated td, tr tags. I really don't like that you have 180 footer links. I think this is too many and I would disable it unless you noticed after enabling it that it gave you significant traffic increases. Was it a particular type of page (thread versus forum category, etc) that was returning the undesirable Google snippet?
