Getting an error on test instalation.

I'm getting this in the top of my testhomepage, in a test environment.

Warning: array_keys(): The first argument should be an array in /includes/functions.php on line 3503

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/functions.php on line 3503

This happened after I tried to populate a test instalation.
I did this:
I backed up all files in mydomain.com.
Then I uploaded them to testvb.mydomain.com
I also uploaded all the files in the upload directory of vbSeo in binary mode.

I backed up the mysqldatabase and restored it with another name.
I changed the config.php on testvb.mydomain.com in serveral places, the database name, the username and password and the forum path.

I tried to go directly to the admin page to change the forum url in the panel, but I can't login. I get this error: "Impossible to add cookie, headers are already sent."

I already did this procedure in the past and it worked. The only difference now is the instalation of vBSeo.
What could I be missing ?

I noticed this interesting thing.
Eventhough, I see nothing in testvb.mydomain.com, I could login to the vbseocp.
And I notice that both the vbseo cp in testvb.mydomain.com and www.mydomain.com says:
Your forums root: http://www.mydomain.com/foros
I already changed the root domain in the "settings" table in mysql to the correct one, but if the vbseo cp is still showing the main, it means this is saved somewhere else which might be causing the problem.
What do you think ?

You know what, it was weird error related to the database. Nothing related to vbSeo, just a coincidence.
Sorry for the false alarm.
