forum url shows up before navbits gif

Since upgrading to vBSEO 3.2.0 my forum url is showing up just before the navbits_finallink.gif as you can see in the attachment. I figured you'd be able to turn it off under Nav Bullet (Tree Icon) Image URLs but that doesn't help. Turning off vBSEO does fix this issue, but that's undesirable of course. I checked this in my testing environment. How do I get rid of the url there?
